Does the Base plugin need to be installed for the other plugins to work?
Yes, for all environments the purecharity-wp-base plugin must be present with a valid API key.
I’m getting a message that says “The plugin does not have a valid header.” What does this mean?
Typically we see this message when there has been a naming or installation error. To remedy this deactivate and delete the plugins that have been installed then use the links provided above on this page to get a direct download of properly named and compressed versions of the plugins. Remember to install the Base plugin and activate it prior to installing other plugins.
I am getting an error message that says “Pure Charity Fundraisers requires Pure Charity Base to be installed and active!”
This message indicates that the properly named and compressed base plugin was not installed and active prior to adding Fundraiser, Trip, or Sponsorship plugins.
