Reference ID*
If you use a database manager or CRM for your current donor base and have an ID that you use to reference each donor you can add it to Pure Charity’s record as a cross reference. There is a limit of 25 characters for this. If you do not have a reference ID the donor email may also be used.
First Name*
The first name of the donor as it appears on IRS documents and receipts.
Last Name*
The last name of the donor as it appears on IRS documents and receipts.
Username
This is an optional field if your donor currently has a username assigned. This username will be public and will appear as their profile web address.
Claim Token*
The claim token is used to allow donors to visit a link and claim their accounts using a special token that is assigned to them. This is a unique value and should NOT be the same for all donors. Most field partners use the reference ID for their claim token. This is restricted to alphanumeric characters so unfortunately email can not be used in this case.
Address
This is the street address the donor uses for physical mail.
City
This is the city the donor uses for physical mail.
State
This is the state the donor uses for physical mail.
Zip
This is the US postal code the donor uses for physical mail.
County
This is the country used for physical mail.
Email*
This is the email address the donor uses to log into the current system. Please note this will be their login email with Pure Charity as well so it must be unique. If there are imported users sharing an email the first donor will be imported and the remaining will be rejected. If you do not have email addresses for your donors please contact us for special arrangements.
Home Phone
The preferred home phone for the donor.
Mobile Phone
The preferred mobile phone for the donor.
Birthdate
The date of birth provided by the donor.
Gender
The gender provided by the donor.
